In the new administrative building for Stadtwerke Saarbrücken, the layout of the meeting rooms was to be made more modern, transparent, and user-friendly.

The goal was to find a solution that would allow employees to see room availability directly on-site while still being able to easily book meeting rooms via Microsoft Outlook. At the same time, the reception area needed to be digitally upgraded to professionally welcome visitors as soon as they entered the building and provide them with up-to-date information.

The requirements were clear: The solution had to be intuitive to use, work reliably with existing systems, and integrate seamlessly into employees’ daily workflows.

A central platform for room reservations and visitor communication

Room booking displays were installed in the meeting rooms, which are directly connected to Microsoft Outlook.
