The challenge
At Hotel Berlin, Berlin, the lobby was intended to serve as more than just a reception area; it needed to make a modern and high-quality impression the moment guests walk through the door. This required a digital signage solution that would visually enhance the space and support the guest experience in the lobby.
Before connectSignage, the existing signage solution was cost-intensive and involved points of contact abroad. This made changes less flexible and more complex to manage during ongoing hotel operations.
The goal was an easy-to-use solution that could centrally manage content, power multiple displays, and flexibly implement creative applications such as art, advertising, welcome screens, and wayfinding.
