Meiser Vogtland needed to keep content on its Digital Signage displays up to date without continuously maintaining media and information manually. At the same time, real-time data from different sources had to be retrieved automatically, processed and presented clearly.
Relevant production data also needed to be available directly on displays. Employees should be able to understand important information quickly without accessing the ERP system.
With connectSignage, different content and data sources are brought together in one central Digital Signage platform and distributed to the relevant displays. In the entrance area, Meiser Vogtland shows current Instagram posts, live weather and its corporate film. Streams from surveillance cameras can also be displayed. In production, the screens visualize real-time traverse data for the galvanizing tanks. This makes relevant production information available directly where it is needed, without employees having to access the ERP system.
