The Challenge

TotalEnergies needed a way to communicate safety-related information, employee notices, and current KPIs in a visible, understandable, and reliable manner. In particular, the number of accident-free days needed to be updated regularly and displayed across multiple screens.

Manually updating these figures during daily operations would have been time-consuming and prone to error. At the same time, the company needed a flexible way to display content such as safety rules, weather information, events, and internal announcements.

The goal was to find a digital signage solution that would allow for the centralized management of safety communications, employee information, and automated KPIs.

The Solution

Automated safety and employee information on all displays

With connectSignage, TotalEnergies has implemented a centralized digital signage solution for safety communications and employee information. Digital kiosks and displays show accident-free days, safety rules, weather data, internal notices, and current events, among other things. The number of accident-free days is updated automatically and pushed to the displays. Intervals, times, durations, and days of the week can be flexibly adjusted to meet operational requirements. If necessary, the counter can be reset centrally. This ensures that safety KPIs, employee information, and other content remain consistently up to date—without the need for manual maintenance on each individual display.
