The Challenge

Making current information visible at central points previously involved significant manual effort for MKW GmbH & Co. KG.

Notices, visitor information, and marketing content were maintained using existing signage or analog information boards. This made changes time-consuming, and content could not always be updated flexibly enough.

At the same time, the existing clutter of signs needed to be reduced and replaced by centrally controllable digital displays. Wayfinding within the administration building also needed to be modernized, made clearer, and better integrated into the information structure.

The requirements were clear: the solution needed to be easy to use, display content centrally, improve orientation within the building, and enhance the company's modern image.

The Solution

Digital Touchpoints for Information and Orientation

With connectSignage, MKW GmbH & Co. KG implemented several digital communication points that combine information, orientation, and visitor communication. In the administration building, two high-traffic areas were equipped with digital image and marketing displays. Additionally, connectSignage was integrated into the wayfinding system to make orientation more modern and clearer. Two digital information points were also set up in the waiting area at the entrance to the Großefehn waste disposal center. These display current notices, image, and marketing content, and can be centrally controlled via connectSignage. This creates a unified digital communication structure that reduces analog signage and makes relevant content visible in the right places.

The Result

Greater Clarity and a Modern Information Structure

The new digital communication points ensure that relevant content at MKW GmbH & Co. KG is perceived much more prominently.

Notices, company information, and marketing content can be flexibly adapted and specifically displayed at the appropriate locations. At the same time, the existing clutter of signs was reduced, and wayfinding in the administration building was modernized.
