The challenge
Eat Happy offers over 150 dishes — from fresh sushi to modern Asian snacks — and is represented in more than 1,800 stores in Germany with its shop-in-shop concept. There are also other shop locations in Europe.
With this size, the complexity of digital communication increases:
Each location has an individual range of products and changing promotions. At the same time, exactly the right content must be played out on every display — up to date, correctly and in the right design.
At the same time, the company is growing rapidly and opens over 20 new locations per month. Displays must be quickly installed, connected and immediately loaded with relevant content — without manual effort for headquarters or local IT.
They were looking for a scalable digital signage solution that automates processes, reduces errors and reliably supports rapid growth in retail.
