The ConnectSignage Facelift — Fresh Interface, Familiar Functionality

Starting in May, our CMS will get a facelift: a more modern interface, a clearer user experience—and two new features that deliver real added value. In the future, widgets can be created directly within the CMS, and the Action Manager is fully integrated—without the need for external installation.

The May update: fresh UI, widgets & action manager

We've been working hard on this for months, and now it's almost time: From May The new ConnectSignage interface goes live for all users. What you can expect is not a complete restart — but a well-thought-out facelift that makes daily work in the CMS noticeably more pleasant. And two new features that bring real added value.

What's changing: the face lift

The focus is on a completely redesigned user interface: more clearly structured, visually more modern and consistently geared to daily use. We've put every area of the CMS to the test — with the aim of making processes more intuitive and reducing unnecessary friction.

  • More modern design: Fresher, contemporary appearance — the interface looks tidier and more professional
  • Clearer structure: Content, functions, and navigation are arranged more consistently — fewer searches, faster work.
  • Improved UX: The user interface has been redesigned so that new users can also find their way around more quickly.
  • Complete functionality: All existing features remain unchanged — there is nothing new to learn, just a better interface to work with.

What's new: Widgets & integrated action manager

Widget features

Create your own widgets directly in the CMS — whether info tiles, countdowns or tailored content for specific use cases. Whether developed in-house or based on our AI templates: The control is completely yours. Content is no longer just managed, but specifically designed and functionally expanded.

Integrated action manager directly in the CMS

From May, the action manager will be fully integrated into the CMS — no separate installation, no external tools, no workarounds. Actions can be created, controlled and managed directly in the system. Everything in one place, right where you're working anyway.

What remains

For all existing customers, there will be no change in existing content, playlists or configurations. The transition to the new interface is automatic and seamless — without data loss, without manual migration. It will no longer be possible to return to the old interface after the go-live on May 1.

If you don't want to wait until May, you have two options:
