If you don't reach your employees, you lose them — quietly and quietly.

77 percent of employees in Germany do their work dutifully — but without real commitment. Only 10 percent feel truly emotionally connected to their employer. These are the sobering results of the Gallup Engagement Index 2025: The economic costs of internal termination: up to 142 billion euros per year.
